Li-Ning designs your shoes, rackets, and other gears to help you perform at your best level, so if they're not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered.

  • Customers can return their order within 14 days after an order has been delivered.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with the labels, wrapping and original packaging still attached.

Exceptions: In order to ensure you are getting products with the highest standard of hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns for certain items including:

  • Rackets with String/Grip customization
  • Underwear
  • Sports Bras
  • Socks

What is the refund policy for returns of orders placed during a sale?

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

How do I cancel my order?

  • You can cancel your order by reaching out to us at support@lining.studio or by using our live chat on the website, this can only be done before the order has been shipped.
  • If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped. For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you.
